ORDERS

Due to the nature of Hello Grazing, our products are always made FRESH to order. If you any reason you are not satisfied with your product please get in touch!

DELIVERIES

All deliveries are made between the hours of 12 noon - 3 pm on ALL Boxes and Boards Tuesday - Saturday.

If you have ordered a Brunch box, please bear in mind these delivery times.

COLLECTION is always available from PL21HX from 10am - 11:30 am or 4pm - 5pm

Deliveries attempts are made upon your request in the booking form at checkout.

Please ensure there will be someone around to receive your order as items are perishable and must be refrigerated. You may select a neighbour to leave your order with but if this is NOT stated in your booking form delivery will NOT be attempted due to COVID and it will be left in a SAFE PLACE you have stated at checkout. ITEMS MUST BE KEPT FLAT AND REFRIGERATED IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY.

If none of the above is stated in your booking, your order will be returned to Hello Grazing and a COLLECTION must then be made on the SAME DAY to receive your order. The delivery fee will not be refunded.

FOOD / PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our products are sourced from various locations local to Plymouth. We do encounter times where some items are not in season or available at the time of order/ purchase. Subject to availability, our boxes and boards will contain what is stated in our fixed menus, though there may be slight changes from season to season.

ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Our boxes, board and tables contain the following: GLUTEN (Including wheat, rye & barley), MILK, EGGS, SOYBEANS, SESAME, TREE NUTS (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and cashew nuts) SULPHUR DIOXIDE, MUSTARD, PEANUTS AND LUPIN.

If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please state this in your booking form or get in touch PRIOR to placing a booking to clarify with us.

Please note, we cannot accept any special allergy requests due to the high risk of contamination. Bookings with allergies are taken seriously and required measures are taken into consideration with your order, but please be aware, we cannot guarantee ZERO traces of the allergens listed in your product due to the nature of our work/ being used in the kitchen area for other orders.

FOOD HANDLING

When you receive your order, please refrigerate immediately. Keep chilled and consume within 2 days. Many of our products have been freshly homemade to order so please ensure extra care is provided when handling your items. To comply with Food Standards, items must be eaten within 4 hours of removal from the refrigerator.

GRAZING TABLES / LARGER BOOKINGS

Grazing Tables / Larger bookings are confirmed with a deposit or £50 date reserve fee. The remaining Full Payment is due 10 days prior to your event.

You may CANCEL up to 14 days prior to your event and your deposit will be refunded to you in full. A refund of your deposit can also be given due to COVID- 19 otherwise NON- REFUNDABLE if any less than 14 days.
